Ambiguous sheets

So obviously I have difficulty doing normal household tasks, including changing my sheets. As it had been far too long, I decided I must & changed the bed. Immediately where I had injections Wednesday the injection sites started to hurt, & now hours after my pain & other symptoms are back. A big part of frustration are occasions like this-so proud I accomplished a task, but paying for it after.
